    <description>&lt;P&gt;the device seems unfunctional this way, so I guess the only solution is to repair your phone software via PC Companion. This can be done while phone is powered off, just make sure it's charged. And sadly you'll lose any data/apps on your internal memory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open PC companion -&amp;gt; Support zone -&amp;gt; Phone/tablet software update -&amp;gt; Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style).       <title>Application optimise loop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;basically I was on my phone using it for the usual facebook etc and it froze and the screen went blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I held down volume up and power which reset the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On startup the phone went through the usual screens then it started "android is starting optimizing application 1 of 210"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it does that gets to the end and starts up again goes back to that screen and optimizes the 210 appplications&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it does this over and over and over never getting the phone back to the usual working state&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried hard reset again and pushing the little button&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant get into safe mode i cant do anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is there to do to fix it?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks i will try that now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there any way I can back up my phone with the same software while the phone is off?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have way too much stuff to lose on there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
