Sony music (Jive).

Good day.

Yesterday I upgraded my Z2 to the latest Android 4.4.4 build 23.0.1.A.0.167.

Have noticed a new addition of an application called (Sony Music). There's an option to sign in or sign up.

The issue I'm facing is, that i cannot either sign in nor sign up as the app stats i entered an invalid phone number in the sign up process.

Note that i can open the application and skip the sign up process and use it normally.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Problem signing in to Sony jive music app app automatically shuts down when signed in if I don't sign in then the app works just fine problem facing since last two days please help

you can also try

settings > apps > all > jive > clear data > restart the phone

M having same problem with xperia m2 dual while signing up in Sony music, the msg is "invalid phone number",please help......

i am not able to open Sony Music Jive in Sony Xperia C3 as i have disabled the app and enabled the app and try to open i got the error as "This services is no longer supported on this device". I request to help me on this issue as i have saved lot of collection in the player. Request to help me on this issue
