xperia go battery drainage problem

Battery is draining even when full charged it shows 1% in within 2 mins that means i have to plug in charger all the time which is not possible.. Please tel if there is any solution i tried reseting my phone deleting al the heavy aps bt nothing sems to be helpinig.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you checked via Settings > Power management > Battery usage, to see what drains battery on your phone?

If you cannot find anything unusual, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

hey thanks for your suggestion but it didnt worked i am still facing the battery drainage problem
