Which button should i press during update on X8?

for my software update on my sony pc companion, in one of the steps they ask me to push the back bottom while I connect it to the usb cable on the computer, but I have no idea which one is the back buttom.

Can some one please help me?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Below the display you have 3 buttons. The back button is the one on the right with an arrow above it.

Also note that the phone needs to be completely turned off when you connect it with the back button pressed.
