I recently did the system update for my Sony Xperia J using Pc companion. Since then my phone no longer works, it resets itself every few minutes if i try and do something as outragous as use an app or make a phone call. The phone was working fine until i installed the new software, now it has been reduced to an expensive, unattractive paperweight. I have done the update again following the repair my software option and now it resets itself every few seconds, I have also tried a factory reset on my phone which did not remove the update, though on the plus side i did lose all my contacts, photos and messages. Any suggestions on how to either fix or remove the update or should I just obliterate it with a seldgehammer and buy a more reliable brand?
