New personalization options unusable?

Has anyone noticed now once you pick a theme it gives you options to change wallpaper and also it says theme elements? For some reason under theme elements, all the options a grayed out and unusable. Does anyone know how to access them?

Just checked this,indeed I have changed a theme and I could only change wallpaper part,theme elements is greyed out.I have disabled auto brightness,still greyed out.

The only options Grey'd out is the colours of the icons in for example Settings - But I change the theme then change to my own choice the lock screen and wallpaper keeping the icon colours

Yea, but if you've downloaded any themes from play store, some give you even more options that are greyed out. Like, navigation and status bar, ui controls, system colors, and xperia home.

It's hard for me to believe that no one has noticed this before and tried to use them or figure out how to use them/ unlock them. I can't help it, I'm itching to use these options... I called T-moble tech support and they had no idea how to access them. They told me to call sony mobile support. Which I did, and they also had now information on how to access them. They told me to call Google...
