&lt;P&gt;If you experience the same behaviour in safe mode, a software repair via PC Companion would be recommended:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phone/tablet software &amp;gt; Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) &amp;gt; Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&lt;BR /&gt;I have a problem with my Xperia ™ E1. I've had a week and the phone gets hot and the screen turns white and it crashes. The battery no longer holds the battery as soon automatically shut down when the screen goes white. I need help solving this problem. What solutions can you offer me.
