Sony Xperia T shut downs and other problems

Hello,

I want to send some information about using the phone since I updated it several months ago (I'm from Bulgaria). I'm pretty sure these are software issues (except from the sd card burn) and I wonder if a service centre will be of any help.

1) When the phone is at 1% battery and I plug in the original power adaptor, it shuts down after several seconds. This happens every time. Many times I use the phone and I don't have the adaptor nearby, I'm able to talk/use the phone at 1% as long as 15-20 minutes before going to 0% and shutting down automatically, leading me to think that it's kind of software problem.

2) When the phone is at low battery and left charging, it shuts down after some time (I usually charge it at night, so I can't tell if there are some other simptoms with this problem). At the morning, no alarm is activated and this leads to oversleeps.

3) The TrackID software won't even start (it crashes) - please update it!

4) The SD card burned after 2-3 months usage. I don't know if the problem is software or hardware (it burned before the last major Android update). Some information about the problem?

Overall, these are the things that bother me most.

I'm sorry to hear that.

Its hard to say if the charging/ on/off issues you describe are software or hardware related but if you have tried to repair the phone software using PC Companion and you still experience this I suggest that you contact your local support team to have the phone examined and fixed at a repair center.
