Unresponsive touch screen

Hi,

First of all, i've read the discussion guideline because of my mobile trouble.

While using a flashlight app, my Z1c blocked totally.

Impossible to switch off the phone because touch screen doesn't respond at all.

I've tried the repair fonction from PC COMPANION, and when it restarts, the first step is select country: impossible for me cause the touch screen doesn't work.

Power button, volume button, picture button are working, but everything with touch screen is dead

Please help.

Since this is a hardware issue, you will have to contact your local Sony Xperia Care

Ok i do this.

Strolling around this forum, I can see that there are many issues with that kind of mobile.

Maybe my failure is coming from a waterproofness issue, since I've used the phone 2 or 3 times under water not below 1 meter and not more than 30 mns.

I can't understand why a company such as Sony can degrade its goodwill launching products with unworking skills ie waterproofness..!

Anyway, i work with this phone since June, and happily, it's under warranty.

How can we get the truth regarding waterproofness? ?
