Make sure that the email you delete in your webmail also is deleted from the server. You can test it by deleting a mail on the webmail. Remove the email account from your Tablet and add it again. If ail is deleted from my pop3 mailbox using webmail (usual contact) at the next sync the tablet will still have the deleted mail. It is a chore deleting all mail twice.
