Storage not available

I just updated my xperia acro s to the latest available versio (2.1.2) and now I can't access my internal memory. when I connect my phone to a pc, none of my files appear. some of my apps are not working as a result and some ask me to mount my storage, but I could find no mount option neither in settings-->storage, nor anywhere else.

4.1.2 is latest software available.Do you have a PIN/password for your device?

yes but I had no back up from my files

Reinstall PC companion and change usb connection mode to MTP.

it was set on MTP and nothing changed after reinstalling the software
