USB not working when phone is on

Hello,

I have a problem when using usb connector on my Z1C

Charging using usb doesn't work when phone is on, but work when phone is off

USB not detected in PC when phone is on (and not charging of course), but working well on fastboot and flashmode

The magnectic charger is working.

I've tried using latest 4.3, 4.4.2 , and the latest 4.4.4 firmware but the usb problem persist.

Any help would be appreciated.

Where i can find nearest service center in Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia?

Try a different Micro USB cable

already tried sir, like my post its not working when phone is on.

I've tried flashing ftf on flashmode and the usb is working fine

Are you charging your phone through a computer or a wall charger?

both wall and computer not working when phone is on sir.

But is doing fine when phone is off...
