I have no sound on my phone ( for calls, music). There is a symbol for the hearing aid that is displayed in the notification bar. How can I remove it? sorry for my english 😕 I'm french!

Thanks you, but i didn't find it on my Xperia E1, on the Z2 yes, but not the E1

As far as I'm aware the E1 doesn't have this feature - Not according to the

Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) list

You are not the first user to report this hearing aids option not there in call settings but enabled.This is strange.

Check if the same occurs in safe mode:
