xperia sola battery issue

From last one week ,my phone facing some problem related to battery.In morning, it shown full charged and after 3 hours,it got switched off because of low battery.battery indicator shows around 5% after swtichon but after some time indicator show around 40% battery without plugged into charge.

Now i am not able to understand whether its battery problem or some other issue.

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..
