I too had the same problem as in the picture showed above!!! I repaired my phone 5 times, done factory reset, no use. Now my phone keeps hanging and restarting..I didn't even install any app..I booted to safe mode even then it freezes within 2 minutes and restarts..In a day it only works of 2 hours maybe...Even when i am on call it hangs and restarts...What to do? I mean this is really frustrating, the phone doesnt even do its basic job like calling. What the **bleep** are you selling Sony? btw i got my motherboard replaced in warranty period 2 months back..and this problem showed up after the warranty period of replaced motherboard completed...I was like **bleep**? SONY TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY ..BY NOW YOU SHOULD HAVE REALISED DECLINE IN SALES..Good luck if you do so.

I tried to use my phone earlier and it said that sony something (didn't get a chance to read it) had stopped working, along with all my other apps. Power save came on and not able to get it back up. Plugges it into PC, charging light came off but nothing else. Light wouldn't go off after unplugging. Tried a re-boot but all i have now (and have had now for 3 hours) is this

on the screen, do i leave it and see what happens?

The only thing I can think of is to perform a system repair

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Did you try the off switch in the back of the device?

Ok, so i tried the reboot, but nothing happened, I couldnt even determine if the phone was on or off. all i had was the orange light and occasionally the picture on the photo.

I took it into the shop where i got it from and they ran a diagnostic test on it to see what the problem was. It spat it straight out and said it was completely defunct, so i now have a brand new flashy M2 instead.

Thank you for your help
