Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You can try to remove the battery for a while and put it back in. Charge your phone for several hours. Note that it may take a couple of hours for the phone to start indicate that it is charging if your battery ran flat.

Well try to remove the battery, SIM card and SD card. Put the battery back in after a few minutes and charge for several hours again. You could also try to charge from another charger. If you still can't start your phone I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet". Do this without the phone connected to PC. You will get a guide that will tell you when and how to connect to the PC. The phone shall be turned off during the whole process.
