      <title>False issue reported by service center and long wait</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Everyone Must Read Before Buying Any Product From Sony!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am from Mumbai, India.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I submitted my &lt;STRONG&gt;Xperia Z2&lt;/STRONG&gt; to the service center at &lt;STRONG&gt;Borivali, Thakkar Mall&lt;/STRONG&gt;, on &lt;STRONG&gt;11th of July&lt;/STRONG&gt;, since it had the most common Z2 manufacturing defect of &lt;STRONG&gt;gap between display and frame, also the back glass was not properly fitted having a tilt making a gap on the back too&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service center guy over there did a proper check since he himself had a Z2 and could get the proper report done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He said me that since i had crossed the 7 days quick replacement policy i had to wait for &lt;STRONG&gt;10 days to get a new device replacement from sony(only the handset).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agreed to it on asking them if they were shure about that long interval of time, and they did gaurantee me that the process will be completed within that interval.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The job sheet recieved had given me a shock as it stated that the condition of my device was scratched, and it had no display, which was complete bull**bleep**.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my device was completly new as i started using it on the 8th of July but had recieved it long back as a gift and didnt have the time to shift from my iPhone to the new phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I visited the service center the 5th day after submitting my phone there, thats when they gave me a shock stating that they were going to replace the motherboard and &amp;nbsp;the display and not the device, thats completely not what i wanted, and something that they didnt commit me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thats complete change in my stated problem by the service center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been calling at the Toll Free number to get my device status since then to actually know whats going on, but all in vain, they just tell me that they cannot track any status except the status about device gone for repair on the 12th of July thats the next day of what i did submit, they said to know the complete status u need to visit the service center that i have been doing every 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the 30th of July finally i called the Toll Free number to get the complaint done, the lady was very kind and heard my problem well, she asked me if i could get her to talk with the service center guy as i was there so i did that, after the conversation they had the lady finally said me that the device would be 100% delivered to me on 2nd of August by any means.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After visiting the serivce center yesterday(2nd August) i got the same reply from the service center guy stating that they had no confirm information as to when the device will be there. Again i gave a complaint call, again the person at the complaint call had a conversation with the service center guy, and this time no confirm date as to when the device will be back and no note as to the false issue reported by the service center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally being pissed off i asked him to get me a refund of the complete amount as to all **bleep** thats happen i would like to get rid of sony device and shift back to Apple probably, he said he could not do anything about it, i asked him to get me a converstaion with the department head there but he said that the head was busy and asked me to wait for a call from his side with the head within 24hrs, its been more then 24 hours but no call from their side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;All i want is to get a quick solution for this problem, either by recieving my complete waste of money of the device or a new device aranged to me withing a day or two and the way how you can repay to my loss.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really very unhappy with this and would like to tell everyone either try not to buy sony devices or else make shure they are note the&amp;nbsp;condition withing the 7 days thing and get a quick replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hate sony for its horrible service and really &lt;STRONG&gt;A **bleep** OF SERIVCE DEPARTMENT&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How horrible will the engineering department will be that cant even get something done within the given time, &lt;STRONG&gt;FALSE REPORTED ISSUE- Sony This Was Too Much!!!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You better get me the &lt;STRONG&gt;solution&lt;/STRONG&gt; and a call arranged &lt;STRONG&gt;ASAP&lt;/STRONG&gt; so i better not destroy your name to higher levels!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its better u dont buy any product, specially the phone's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been a month and still i havent recieved my phone yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service center people resond to me saying sir you have to wait as to we dont have any confirm info about when your device will be back, and they said that the device will not be replaced(they did commit me though that it will be replaced for a new one) but insted they will be repairing the device by changing the dislay and board of the device, which was not somethin i reported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony u **bleep** **bleep**!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally got a call from the Sony stating the device is at the service center and i can collect it tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope its perfect or ill make them pay heck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
