Check out this topic for more information on how to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/Backup-amp-Transfer/m-p/407253#U407253" target="_blank"&gt;How to backup?&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center.
