      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have iTunes it is pretty easy from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select track.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right click and select "create AAC version"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In AAC version select Start and Stop times (around 30s apart)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right click and select AAC version (on the first AAC version)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iTunes will create a 30s (or whatever you selected) track which can be dragged and dropped onto your Z2 (select view in Explorer).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't convert if Windows asks you to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
