      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought an xperia M, on the 7th of June and since 27th of July, no sound now plays from my phone. when i plug in an earpiece, it works. also the in-call sound also works but when making a call in loud spaker or playing a any form of media the sound does not play. there is no support center here to take it to and the shop where i bougth it will also not take it back or even repair it for me, any form of help will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in Ghana.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile Carier-MTN (Scancom)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the device is running:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android version-4.3,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Build Number-15.4.A.1.9,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model No-C1905,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kernel Verson 3.4.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank yhou&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried repairing it with PC companion( Backup your data b4 doing so )? If yes and it failed, bring it back to the shop! &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":anguished_face:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":anguished_face:"&gt;😧&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had this problem once too lol, salt water (huge amount) got into the speaker and 3 hours later (I think or more) the speaker didnt work but did produce a very faint sound (the sound isnt from the loudspeaker lol, its from the tiny front speaker thingy)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
