i have pressed update on my phone and it turned off and has been off for an hour and wont turn back on, i have tried plugging it in to the charger and my computer?

when i plug it in, the charging light doesnt come on, is it still charging?

Try holding volume up and power for a couple seconds.

Then Try turning the device on.

that worked thanks, its now displaying the android icon with a spinning shape in its belly, im guessing thie means its still updating?
