You need to hard reset your device and to do this hold down the power button and the volume up key together till it vibrates 3 consecutive times then power on again. If it continues, you have to reset the device to do this go into settings and select the option of backup and reset pls do a complete backup before you go ahead with this option. Cheers

Hello Support,

In the last two weeks i have been having multiple problems with my Z2.

If the phone has been locked and inactive for more than 5 mins then the unlock button does not wake up the screen until it has been held down long enough to prompt the phone turn off option to come up.

When acessing the phone call function, an error is raised saying (unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped). Also in the phone function there are occurances of the call list disappearing and then the phone losing signal and the sim card for a short while.

Is this due to a software change? Had been functioning great before then..

Regards,

James Sinkinson
