My xperia acro s wont start

hey i always use my phone when i go to the pool and take pics and everything is fine but then yestrday my phone suddenly shutdown when i was in water i restarted it then it stayed for about a minute and shutted off so after an hour i restarted it again and it worked but shutted down after a minute again and since this it doesnt start i put it in the charger over a night tried restarting it using the volume up button and the power button and it didnt start i charged it through my laptop and nothing happens just the red led-lamp no vibrations at all

so i bought this phone specially for taking pics underwater!!! and i trusted the name of sony now the phone might be all damaged and i cant afford to buy a new one !!! is this water proof u just keep advertise about !!!
