Unresponsive touch screen

the left side of my screen wont respond i dont know whats wrong with it for it still works perfectly yesterday but when i charged it last night and pulled it out for its already full as i checked it and there it started.. I restarted it but still that side wont respond ..plss help me ..what should i do?? i dont trust repair shops here ..

I suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion to exculde software related problems:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

If the problem persist, I suggest that you contact your local support team for further information about how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

i just followed what the instruction said in the site you gave me and as i updated it, my unresponive touch screen is still as it was and it affected my camera now it took 4 seconds before a picture be taken also it easily drains my battery and i feel like its not compatible to my phone ..how can i can get it back to its original software/system?? plss help
