my cell phone reboots on unexpected moments on a unregular basis

further "suddenly" my battery lasts less than 12 hours

who can help me with this issue

Remove the SIM,check if the same occurs.

I posted a very similar problem earlier and was told by a moderator to remove the replace. I am assuming he forgot to put replace it. I did so and am waiting to see if it did anything but as it is so intermittent it's hard to tell.

If it still occurs,you will have to replace the SIM.

This morning I went crazy with device, shut it down and removed sd card as well as sim.

Put these back For time beingand switched cell phone on.

For time being I saw no reboots (yet).

When it happens again I will go after a new sim from provider.

Verifiing use of battery I saw that "media download" went from place 1 to a moderate position in the middle.

Keep my fingers crossed.

Too bad that Sony doesn't care and too sad that customers have to pray or keep fingers crossed so that the device they payed for has to get thru another day.
