i have sony xperia z1 and i m facing a problem that my mobile screen flickering while make a call and using internet ....it is a hardware or software problem?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you boot your phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same behaviour:

If you experience the same behaviour in safe mode, a software repair via PC Companion would be recommended:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

Dear Humpas

Thanks for the quick responce .But i have already done the Repair using PC Companion but problem remain same.

My question is i baught this phone on ebay and is a imported device from other country as i am residing in INDIA and flickring occuor only when using Internet on SIM and Making Call from SIM. Is there any possibility that this problem is occouring because of Network compatibility of different countries.

I find it hard to see that this could cause the problem. If you have tried a software repair and issue remain, I suggest that you contact your local support team for further information about how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
