You should reset stamina mode,but if it says only 2 days it means that is how stamina can moderate your usage to gain more life.

To reset stamina,do this: first disable it,after go to settings-apps-all-eco mode controller,force stop and clear data.Restart your device.

What happens exactly by reseting stamina? I notice that once I reset it will show a longer time but not for long. Is stamina really useful or is just a marketing tool?

It certainly does work; as Stamina mode learns over time based on your usage resetting it will restart this learning process.

It is useful,I get many days on a single charge,it disables data,which is important,while the screen is off.As Sam said,resetting it means it will learn your usage again and help you save battery.
