Hi there,

My Xperia L had been hanging a bit recently. I didn't mind; removing and fitting the battery in helped. A few days ago, I spotted a weird water-like fluid near the flash after removing the back panel. I wiped it clean.

Today, it permanently froze - couldn't go back to the home screen, lock the screen or shut the phone down. Reinserting the battery didn't help either, it would immediately freeze at the homescreen after boot and that it. It's been exactly a year (the very same day) since I bought it. The fluid's back too.

Also, it seemed to heat up behind the camera.

Please help.

Hi,

Turns out it probably needed a cooldown. Three hours in the wardrobe with everything detached did the trick.

Thanks anyways
