Experienced users in transferring files

Hi folks,

I am looking for experienced users of Greenheart phones.

Sometimes i want to transfer pictures to my PC. Every possible way to handle that works only once.

mini sd card: Impossible to remove the card from the phone.

e mail: During setup It is impossible to enter passwords that contain interpunction.

Has anybody good experience in transferring files to the pc ?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First of all, which phone model are you using? What do you mean by "impossible to remove the card from the phone"? To remove the SD card, you press in in, and it will unlock and come out. If you don't want to remove the card you can connect a USB cable to the phone and transfer the pictures via the file manager in your computer.

I have a Sony Ericcson Elm.

My phone hasn't a spring mechanism. Should there be one ?

The pane of the micro SD card isn't sufficiently high enough for pull the card with the finger nails.

Last time I removed the card took me several minutes.

Thanks for the hint with the USB cable. if that is a working solution I will order one.
