Hi,

I bought a new Xperia Z1 phone three months ago. During these months i have experienced 6 times the same behaviour: when receiving a voice call, after about. 5 to 6min, the call suddenly drops, and no coverage bars appear on the top bar of the screen (a red "X" indicating no coverage appears). It's not a coverage problem, since I have very high level. The SIM is the same I have used with many other phones. The call is always carried on 3G. I can't try to change network, since 4G doesn't support voice yet, and I can't change to 2G (there is no option for that in the menu).

My software is update to the last version.

Have anyone experienced such a problem?

Thanks

Why cannot you change to 2G?There should be GSM only in network mode.

Yes, or change to 3G, but I want to use my 4G smartphone...

But what I'm going to do is to avoid the phone to connect to 4G, and to check wether I still have the issue or not.

Thank you
