why PCC only works with proxy in my environment?

have tried among 4computers,3 at home,1 at office,both need configure proxy for PCC to access internet,

it's not convenient while upgrade latest phone update,as you know proxy connection not stable from time to time,so download speed is terrible,

this issue has been long time cross years i believe,how could PCC directly connect internet?

If your connection is blocked by a proxy,why should PC companion connect without?I do not think that is possible.

i can access internet directly,only PCC need proxy to connect to internet for upgrading itself,components,phone update image etc.

also tried iTunes,samsung phone management software,both works dont need to configure proxy.

as sony mobile support email it's due to update server was deployed in oversea not in China,

they will forward the situation to the correspong department of Sony

guess this it's not first time they reply as it,since it has existed cross years.
