Xperia Tipo not starting and not detecting

Dear Sir,

Last night my Xperia Tipo dual suddenly switched off when I was in deep sleep when I tried to start in the morning it is not starting up and I thought my battery must be drained, but when I connect charger I didnt get the typical red light at the top right corner, I can see only the light flashing and not getting any signs of charging.

and tried connecting through PC companion but unfortunately on update option its showing phone not connected.

I desperately looking for sincere help from your end.

Expecting early help from your tech support also want to say in location option of this post I cant find seperate place for Xperia Tipo (isnt the injustics with Tipo Users??)

First of all I suggest that you charge your phone for a couple of hours using the wall charger. Also remove the battery for a while and put it back in.

If the phone still doesn't start after a few hours I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected to the PC. Then follow the instructions given to you in the program.

thanks for replying me but I have strange problem, on connecting wall charger only red light blinks and when I tried to repair phone via PC companion the repair option doesnt come rather update option comes and unfornunately I cant detect my phone on the next screen which says connect phone.

Please provide some other solution.

Remove the battery, SIM card and SD card from the phone and just put back the battery. Charge a couple of hours and if the phone still doesn't start you should have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information about your nearest service center:

facing the exact same problem.. today morning when I tried to switch on my phone it wasnt responding. I tried to charge it.. there is no indication (red light on the top right corner ) showing that it is charging. Help

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried the suggestions above? Removing the battery for a few minutes and charge for a couple of hours? And if that doesn't help, have you tried with PC Companion?
