Huge craze for kiktat ! I have bought Sony Xperia C 2305 and i liked it!

Willl there be any upgrade to kitkat?

Do not ask now about upgrade to 4.3 or 4.4, what we expect from Sony is to give an update to remove all bugs. Talking about custom ROMs, that is not possible, as we can't even install cwm recovery on this phone. I was able to get root somehow and that is all we can have on the MediaTek processor phone.

Xperia C is new , but why not giving it Kit-Kat update soon....

u have already listed the devices to get the (4.4) kit-kat update... those devices are Xperia Z, Xperia ZL, Xperia Tablet Z, Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z1, Xperia SP, ZR, TX, V.........

But where is Xperia C.....???

This phon!e is new to market and yet you disapoint its customers by not providing timely updates....

This phone is rocking mid-ranger phone.....

So, please take care of your product properly and timely....!

All in good time, just wait for your turn. First all high-end phones are getting updates and then maybe we will get it, but it is more important that we get an update to remove all the bugs and improve camera and display, as it is given for xperia M.

found a rooting tool that works.. search for framaroot apk

install it and run it then it will prompt a reboot. after that you're rooted..
