Walkman Playlist Problem

Hi! I have sony xperia Miro which I bought last month, but this problem keeps bothering me.

I created playlist on Walkman app, but few days later the playlist dissappeared and the application seems like reset itself. All of the playlist is gone (include default playlist such as favourite, most played song, custom playlist, etc.)

And it happened almost everytime when I transfered new files (mp3s,photos,documents, etc) from my PC to my device. (I use PC Companion without MediaGo). Sometimes this problem occured even when my device is stand-by. It's been really annoying to me because I need to re-create those playlists almost every few days.

Help, please~ Thank a bunch!!

do you have any intrusive apps (taskillers? antivirus)?

I Installed Avast mobile security and GO Task Manager. (This issue happened even before I installed GO Task Manager)

you don't need those apps, they will drain your battery, create connectivity issues, make android unstable and drain even more battery by stopping apps that will be re-open soon after

it's happen to me too..

and now i can't use headset to change track..

before update i can change track using headphoe with double clik on call button..

now it's can't

Hi. Am having exactly the same problem as you. I also have a Sony Xperia Miro with Icecream sandwich on it and whenever I connect my phone to my computer by usb and transfer a file, my playlist songs get messed up (most of them are being deleted or the newly added playlist contains old song instead of recently added ones. Same for most played playlist which gets restored.). This is pretty disturbing and annoying because I have to make a playlist of 170 songs from my total 623 tracks over again for the fifth time. And i also got several other playlists. So, please, help me.
Ps : I have AVAST antivirus software but I don't think that it's really the cause.

@necrotamine repair your phone with SUS or PCC, stay away from task killers, task managers, antivirus, ram apps, booster apps, battery apps

also how do you transfer your music and/or playlists?

Hmm, well, can you tell me what is SUS or PCC?:$ sorry, i don't really know those things. And for those types of software, I got one, named 'RAM booster', but it was really happening before that. I'll try to unistall and see if it works again.

@Necrotamine, dont' create new threads on the same topic. just repair your phone and do NOT install any apps, uninstall mcafee and test your phone for few hours

I've got this problem too, and I'd like to keep my antivirus. Has anyone come up with other ideas in the last year?
