Sony KD65-A1 IPTV problems

I have A KD 65A1 which i have installed flawless IPTV and 2 versions of Smarters IPTV to try they have both worked to a degree before but now not at all.

all versions of the iptv load up perfectly the display all available chanels but when i select one i just get the spinning loading type logo then it freezes

i have loaded the app on my iphone and used the same log in details and everything works perfectly

i have all the user permissions set correctly and the isp websafe is also off

i dont know what else to try has anyone managed to solve this problem ?
