Hi,

I have a HT-SF2000 Soundbar that constantly fails to output sound through the tv ARC HDMI. I have to reset the device to get it to work again. Are there any solutions out there?

That's annoying, have you tried using a different HDMI cable/optical to confirm this?

Also make sure that your TV is on the latest software version and enable the ARC options on the TV itself.

If this is a recent issue and it was working fine before, then resetting it to the factory settings wont harm, check pg 49 on here:

If you've already done so then you might wanna contact Sony directly.

I have changed the HDMI and reset the unit! Am now talking to Sony.
