      <title>Arc S ICS upgrade problem</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having a problem trying to update, I get as far as holding back and attaching the USB, windows says new hardware found, but can't find drivers, then nothing else happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've updated both PC Companion and SEUS, no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've turned of anti-virus and firewall, no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Getting a bit fed up now, please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
