Auto silence

After I updated my Arc S to ICS 4.0.3 from GB the phone automatically goes to the silence mode sometimes. Also vice versa occurs. Any solution please?

It could be due to third party app interfering

Check apps such as antivirus, task killers ( same types ) and revise their settings
