please give me an advice on choosing ICS,what is the consequence on choosing ICS?

You can browse different thread here that users posted of their feedbacks. try reading, there is generally no yes or no answer since every user have different reaction. so to know if ICS works for you, it will be your decision.

I suggest to stay with GB...I am not satisfied with ICS at all on Xperia mini model. But that doesn't mean that ICS is bad. Its totally depends upon the hardware compatibility. I have seen htc models with ICS, they are superb...

For everyone who talk about issues in ics....the first thing you should do after the upgrade is to do a repair with suse. I I'm using ics and don't have any of the problems that some people talk about. It just works great and much faster than gb. Check here:
