Hi. my SE Xperia NEO with SI 1246-7757 is in the list http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/38385 . but i have not received an ICS update.

Now

version of android is 2.3.4

kernel version 2.6.32.9-perf

build number 4.0.2.A.0.62

how can i receive ICS Update?

Yes, I received and installed a few updates before .

it was update to android 2.3.4

p.s. in the beginning of July, I was on vacation and I had no Internet

What I meant is if you "manually" updated your phone, using either flashtool or wotanserver

5 minute ago I tried SUS version 2.12.8.23 and still haven't received an update .

try on 2 different notebooks, one of them is a Sony :smileyhappy:.

SI number is correct.

if necessary, I can take pictures of the back of the phone with SI number.

ALSO i try receive the update from phone (settings- about mobile- Update software)

In "Update setting": enable the automatic update only through wi-fi (at home i always connect to my home wi-fi network)

I've seen this issue when users debrand or flash different firmwares, is there any Sony Service Center near by? you could take your phone there and they might be able to help you out

If you use a different flash utilities or different firmware that when you upgrade wrote something like "You Have custom firmware, the update is not possible"

( My friend update Xperia mini with the different firmware.)

If I had different firmware, I could not upgrade to android 2.3.4 with the automatically update I'm right?

not at all, that's only if you "Unlock the bootloader" if you flash other firmwares PCC or SUS or Bridge will work normal.

your friend unlocked his bootloader and/or flashed a Custom ROM

if you run SUS or PCC or Bridge you will get a message saying that you have modified software
