Restart problem after try to upgrade ICS

Now, my xperia s had many time of restart problems

after I try many tIme to upgrade ICS with pc companIon and update servIce. It failed every time.

the problem wIll be occur after I push power button f or monItor closIng.

Could you help me to fix this problem?

install SUS on your PC -> restart your PC -> run it

once it ask you to connect on flashmode connect your phone and press and hold the power button & volume up (hold it for 5-10 seconds)

I was Install ICS by flashtool.

The problem stIll not fIxed at my phone.

Could anyone please recommend to solve thIs problem?

Remove the micro SIM card and turn it on w/o it

Last nIght, I reseted my phone by power & Volume+ Button.

Afterthat, I cloesd It agaIn. Then, I removed mIcro sIm Iut from slot and put It again.

Now, the problem Had been fIxIng It for +8 hours.
