Unable to launch update. 1257-6087

Hey everyone!

I'm having trouble launching the update.

I get the update notification through the PC companion, and starts the update process. When i reach the 5 step launch, my phone won't cooperate. It is the step regarding shutting down the phone, wait 5 sec, plug in cable to pc, plug to phone while holding lower-volume button. But this just launches the charging proces when not turned on. I've always had SE phones, so I know that it normally vibrates, but that doesn't happen.

Anyone who got a clue about what is going on?

Additional info:

Notification light turns green, after a while it turns into the regular battery dependant color and starts charging.

SEUS doesn't work for me either. will try a different PC later and return here.

Tried that, just sent me to install SEUS.
Problem fixed though. It is a driver issue which i have loads of... So I installed it from a different PC.

Worked like a charm. Got an error first, but 2nd time was not an issue. Now i can enjoy ICS which is a pain in the ass Seriously, many of the things I loved about Sony compared to HTC and Samsung is now just like them... But mah, at least it looks better though the interface itself is the same.

Oh and btw, the driver issue is problably something that most Toshiba Satellite P 850 and P 855 is born with. I've read it from several people on the Toshiba forums. Soooo if anyone with Toshiba Satellite P 850 and 855 got problems, that is probably the cause.
