Apps in an atualized Xperia Neo

I decided do atualize my Neo by myself, and now it's working great. Except for the apps I used to use, I have to search for them from the cellphone and install, but in the website from computer it's marked that I already have them in my phone.

Anyone knows how to fix that?

edit:

In the web site shows I have in my cellphone both that I installed and the ones I downloaded after the atualization.

just download them again and it would be installed in your phone, even it says "installed"

I'm concerned about the memory space. I'm thinking of reseting (to turn the SD to the original configuration) making a back up before, just to make sure that I don't have the same app installed twice (even if the phone ''doesn't know'' that that is installed in the first time).

backup everything and simple take screenshots of your app drawer, you can't install twice or thrice or more times an app.
