How to make smooth Notification bar Up and Down?

Now i m using official 4.0.4 based custom Rom,i have used all custom roms....(also check Cm9)

But problem in official 4.0.4 based custom Rom is that Notification up and Down is lagging and 3d games are not smooth like Temple Run,Modern combact, gta 3,etc...

Running official 4.0.4 is like i m running Nokia 5233

i also overclock cpu 1ghz to 1.8ghz for increase fps for games and fix notification laggyness but overclock alteast not helpful...

i also check Cm9..it is 2x smooth ui and games also...Temple run is run like super gingerbread..

but the problem in CM9 is that video recorder not working so thats why i m not using...

If Cm9 runs smooth on this device so why official 4.0.4 is not smooth...

HARDWARE IS OK FOR XPERIA NEO V FOR ICS

ics 4.0.4 can run smooth but sony does not want make smooth OS for old device 2011

for example:

HTC One V also has same hardware like xperia neo v(1 ghz=1 ghz,Andreno 205 gpu=Andreno 205 gpu)

htc one v is 10x smoother interface than xperia neo v, my friend has htc one v(temple run runs like fire)

both devices has ics So why sony firmware not smooth......

So, What is the Solution to make smooth Notification bar Up and Down???

I don't know what the main goal is for the developers of Cyanogen Mod roms but they certainly have goals and thoughts on how they would like their rom to work. We have many aspects that needs to be considered and added into the rom to make it an Sony rom with app's, services and features that makes the phone a Sony phone. But of course we try to bring all together along with good performance. Unfortunately I won't be able to give you any answer on how to make your notification bar run as smooth as on CM9. But you can increase your performance by disabling app's in our rom.

Now I upgrade my phone xperia neo v to xperia sola

Now I m worried about its ics update for smoothness on this device.

Because I m rich person, I have done many efforts to buy this phone....
