Hi I am wondering how I escalate this matter as I have sent my Sony in for repair and they are saying it was opened by a 3rd party. I can guarantee the only work done was by them and have the receipts and dates to prove this. They will not listen at the service centre so would like to escalate the matter, can anyone please help?

Hi @pray4war, I am sorry to hear about your phone.

I would be glad to assist you, but I am afraid that the service routines, warranty terms and local consumer laws and right vary on a market to market basis. For this reason, I refer you to get in touch with your local support to raise this concern so that they may assist you.
