Xperia M4 not detecting LTE

My xperia M4, bought just 2 months ago, cannot detect LTE network. Can see until H+, When I put my SIM card another phone, it can detect LTE, which shows no problem with SIM card.

A quick question, is it the LTE version?

3G bands	HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - E2303, E2353
	HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100 - E2306
4G bands	LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800) - E2303
	LTE band 2(1900), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 12(700), 13(700), 17(700), 28(700) - E2306
	LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 28(700), 40(2300) - E2353

Welcome to the community,

To add to the above, have you made sure the device is in the right mode to pickup LTE.

Menu > Settings > More > Mobile Settings > Preferred Network Type > change to 4G/LTE

Hi Jake, yes, that is exactly what I did, , I went to pick Preferred Network Type, I get to see only 3 options such as WCDMA, GSM..but LTE is not listed there..surprisingly. My model is M4 aqua dual sim

@Green-minds Just for the record, can you go into settings-about phone, look for model and post it here? Also, have you flashed your device?

The model is: E2312
Processor: Qualcomm MSM8939
OS: Android 5.0
I did not flash the device, in fact, dont know what is meant by flash actually in this context. I just switched on the phone and let whatever auto updates that the pre installed Sony app stated to run to update.

@Green-minds 2312 is not 4G compatible.

Hi, I have the same problem too and 4G/LTE is not an option. I only have WCDMA or GSM only or WCDMA/GSM. My wife has the same phone but is able to select 4G/LTE. How do I get this on mine?
