Internet speed is very slow in my device using Sony Xperia c5 ultra dual.please provide proper solutions.

are you referring to data or wifi?

if the former, how good is your network coverage? 3G? 4G lte?

if the later, test it at speeedtest.net

This question must be asked to yours internet providers, coz most time it's theirs concern. Smartphone as reason usually can be just with mobile connection, with wifi most time reasons are provider devices, connection to yours location and ect.

MY ADVICES:

If you talking about wifi:

1. Talk to internet provider, but first at all try to restart router/modem

If you talking about mobile internet:

1. Try to check with speednet app with different devices in the same location

2. Try in different location with yours smartphone and/or other devices

3. Try re-send settings of yours mobile internet

4. Talk to yours mobile operator
