Xperia C5 suddenly turn off.

My Phone suddently turn off, mainly when it's locked but sometimes when i'm using the Phone.I've tried the Phone boot.And does anybody how to enable the safe Mode?Thanks!!

Hi @Jorge43, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your Xperia C5.

You can reboot your device to safe mode as you suggested to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I would also recommend that you temporarily remove and SIM- and SD-card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior, I'd recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

I've tried to solve the problem in these three ways and I still having the same problem(when my Phone is turned off I can't turn on it).

I'm sorry for the late reply.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior with your device after performing a software repair I'm afraid the device will have to be sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair. I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center.
