My Xperia C can't switch on NOR charge, HELP!

Hi all, I need HELP!

My Xperia C only showing red LED when plug in with charger, however it cannot switch on no matter how long I've charged (the longest was charged more than 8 hours but still with red LED but nothing appear on the screen)

I've tried the reset button, Power + volumn key, but no vibrate at all, what should I do?

if possible test a different chager and cable, if nothing works you might have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

Just tried to charge with other cable and charger for 30mins, still same as previous with red LED only, can't switch on and nothing showing on the screen

I'm sorry to hear that, but you will have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
