To reduce the risk of image retention, it's recommended you turn off the TV with the power button on the remote control.

Ever since the last update this stupid message keeps appearing on my 55 inch OLED Sony Bravia TV. I always turn the TV off this way so is there any way of getting rid of this message as it's driving me nuts!

Hey @Gozoman, does it force you to turn the TV off when displaying this message? and which software version is currently running on your TV? Also it'd be very helpful if you shared a picture showing the error message.

No it doesn't force me to turn the TV off, it just stays on the screen for about a minute and then disapears. Also if I press the OK button it disapears.
